Yoga and bath experience

Enter - open to receive

Receive a warm welcome at Reception. Have a snack, a cup of tea and get ready to embrace the session of total rebalancing of your senses.

Yoga flow - move and release

Begins with pranayama (breathwork)—gentle techniques that calm the nervous system and invite presence. Moving into asanas (postures), the body is guided through a sequence designed to open the spine, stretch the muscles, and stimulate circulation.

Each movement is practiced with mindful awareness, encouraging a deeper connection between breath and body. The flow concludes with meditation or sound healing, allowing the mind to centre and the body to prepare for the soothing transition into the bath ritual.

Bath experience - the elemental flow

Continue your ritual through the elements of water and warmth. Move through the sauna, cold plunge, and magnesium mineral hot pool, allowing each to cleanse, awaken, and soothe.

Chill area and herbal teas - the sacred pause

Complete your journey in our serene chill area. Rest, reflect, and savour complimentary herbal teas as your body and spirit settle into balance.

  • Yoga is a holistic practice that combines gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness to support both physical and mental wellbeing. Originating from ancient traditions, yoga is designed to strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and encourage a deeper connection between mind and breath.

Regular practice can help reduce stress, ease muscular tension, enhance balance, and support better sleep. Many people also find that yoga creates a greater sense of clarity and emotional steadiness, making it easier to navigate the demands of everyday life.

At Heal Bath House, yoga is offered as a grounding wellness ritual within a calm, restorative environment. Each session is guided with care and is suitable for all experience levels, allowing you to move at your own pace and honour what your body needs on the day. Whether you are seeking gentle restoration or mindful movement, yoga provides space to reset, realign, and return to yourself.

  • No experience is necessary to participate in yoga. Our sessions are intentionally designed to welcome all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Each class is guided with clear, supportive instruction, and modifications are offered so you can move in a way that feels comfortable for your body.

You are encouraged to progress at your own pace, rest when needed, and focus on what feels right for you. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to your practice, yoga at Heal Bath House is about creating space to slow down, reconnect, and feel supported throughout the experience.

  • Yoga can often be adapted to support a wide range of health needs and abilities. Many people with disabilities or medical conditions find that gentle, guided movement and breathwork can be beneficial when practised at an appropriate pace.

However, your safety and comfort are our priority. We recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before attending if you have any medical concerns, injuries, or conditions that may affect your participation. Please also inform our team prior to your session so we can help determine whether the class is suitable and provide guidance where possible.

While our instructors aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment, sessions may not be appropriate for every condition. We encourage you to reach out in advance so we can help you choose the experience that best supports your wellbeing.

  • We recommend bringing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move with ease. You may also wish to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your visit.

Yoga mats and any required props are provided for your convenience, so you can simply arrive, settle in, and enjoy the experience. If you prefer to use your own mat, you are very welcome to bring it.

To help preserve the tranquil atmosphere of Heal Bath House, we encourage guests to arrive a little early so you can transition into the space without feeling rushed and begin your session feeling calm and prepared.
