About the services

  • Please bring your own slippers and towels. Bathrobes are available for hire for $10. You may also wish to bring comfortable clothing for after your session to extend the feeling of relaxation as you transition back into your day.

    • Bath house sessions: 2 hours

    • Yoga or meditation classes: 1 hour, followed by 1 hour of bathing

    • Massage treatments: 60 or 90 minutes

    • Ritual packages: massage plus a two-hour bath, with bathing enjoyed prior to treatment for optimal results

  • Our experiences are designed for most guests; however, they may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions such as uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, hypotension, cardiovascular concerns, or other chronic illnesses. If you are unsure, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before visiting.

  • For your safety, we do not recommend use of the bath house facilities during pregnancy, including the sauna, hot pools, and cold plunge. While we do not currently offer specialised pregnancy massage, you are welcome to attend our yoga classes. Please inform your teacher prior to class so appropriate modifications can be provided. As always, we encourage seeking guidance from your healthcare provider before booking.

  • Yes. We welcome both private bookings and small group experiences, ideal for celebrations, corporate wellness, or intentional gatherings.

  • Upon arrival, our reception team will warmly welcome you and introduce you to the space. Heal Bath House is a phone-free sanctuary, intentionally created to support presence and disconnection from external demands.

    You will be invited to move at your own pace between the magnesium mineral pool, traditional sauna, and cold plunge, or unwind in our quiet lounge with a selection of herbal teas and nourishing snacks. Most guests leave feeling noticeably lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.

  • Frequency is entirely personal. Many guests experience the greatest benefits when bathing becomes part of a consistent wellbeing ritual rather than an occasional treat.

  • At this time, all Heal Bath House experiences are delivered in person to preserve the integrity of the environment.

  • Yes. All practitioners and teachers are fully qualified and professionally trained.

  • Heal Bath House is primarily an 18+ environment. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Yes. Our space is available for private events, and we regularly curate workshops and immersive wellness experiences. Contact us for more information.

  • Yes, companions or carers are welcome to support your comfort and safety.

About payment and bookings

  • Yes — we offer three, five, and ten-visit passes, along with unlimited membership options for guests seeking ongoing access. Check out our price list under the ‘Services’ tab for more information.

  • All bookings are securely processed through our website at the time of reservation.

  • Yes. Gift cards are available both electronically and as beautifully presented physical gifts. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They can be purchased HERE.

  • Bookings can be made easily through our online reservation system or by calling reception.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session so we can familiarise you with the space without rushing your experience.

  • Currently, our services are not claimable through health insurance providers.

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will incur the full session fee. Shortened appointments remain charged at the original booking duration.

  • Your session will conclude at the scheduled time to respect other guests. Late arrivals cannot be extended.

  • Please contact our team directly and we will assist in curating your visit.

  • You may reschedule or cancel your booking directly through our online system.

About the centre

  • 477 Lygon Street, Brunswick East VIC 3056.

    Tram routes 1 and 6 stop directly outside. Street parking is available nearby. We do not have parking on site, so we recommend allowing ample time to find a parking spot.

  • Yes. Our lounge areas are designed for lingering — whether you wish to arrive early to settle in or take a moment before returning to the outside world.

  • We offer a selection of herbal teas, detox water, and light nourishing snacks such as protein balls, nuts, crackers, and seasonal options. Please let the team know if you have any severe food allergies (such as nuts) and we can accomodate you.

  • At present, the building is not wheelchair accessible. We recognise the importance of accessibility and hope to improve this in the future.

  • Heal Bath House features a communal bath area, yoga and meditation studio, relaxation lounge, three massage rooms, and two private consultation rooms.

  • Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability; however, bookings are recommended to avoid disappointment.

  • Monday–Friday: 6:00am – 10:00pm
    Saturday–Sunday: 8:00am – 10:00pm

About memberships

  • Unlimited membership — $250 per week
    Includes unlimited bath house access, yoga and meditation classes, priority booking, a complimentary bathrobe for each visit, and a nourishing juice shot.

    Early bird unlimited membership — $200 per week
    Unlimited access between 6:00am–10:00am, including yoga and meditation, plus a bathrobe and juice shot with every visit.

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

Miscellaneous

  • Heal Bath House is a phone-free sanctuary. Photography and video are not permitted, allowing every guest to fully disconnect. Exceptions may apply for private events. We may also allow for content creators to create content using technology however this will be allowed only during specific periods previously communicated by the HBH team.

  • Yes. A curated selection of wellness products is available in-centre.
