Your journey opens with guided meditation. Using a variety of techniques — from mindfulness and visualisation to mantra or breath awareness — you are gently led into stillness and connection with your inner self.

Bath experience - the elemental flow

Continue your ritual through the elements of water and warmth. Move through the sauna, cold plunge, and magnesium mineral hot pool, allowing each to cleanse, awaken, and soothe.

Chill area and herbal teas - the sacred pause

Complete your journey in our serene chill area. Rest, reflect, and savor complimentary herbal teas as your body and spirit settle into balance.
